I'm currently submitting our project for the Hackathon. I came across this. " Provide a URL to your public code respository." My question is does the our code need to be public?

When I run the command blocklet server start , it always gets stuck at "Starting the Blocklet server..." and doesn't proceed. I've waited for two hours with no response. How can I resolve this issue?
