Option to switch DID Spaces subscription from ABT to USD

When you go to Renew a Blocklet Server, you can choose to pay with USD instead of ABT. But I can't find a way to change the DID Spaces subscription to USD. I have a few already in use and would prefer to pay with USD to maintain them. Is there an option to do so? And if not, could that option be add

Connecting already existing page kit to my space

I want to connect an already existing page kit to my space so I can get an external IP address and connect it to a domain I was wondering how to do that because everytime I try to connect did spaces it says there are no applications there.
