How to issue myself developer passport
So I saw in payment kit there’s a passport section and one for developer passport. Is there a way for me to set up a developer passport for my dApp (or even for blocklet store maybe?👀)

This feature is baked into the team feature for all blocklets from your blocklet dashboard.
Apps run on the Blocklet Platform will have default passports built-in (owner, admin, member, guest)
But you can create as many passports (roles) as needed in the "Passport" tab in your app dashboard.
