Issue with Participation Tracking System in ArcBlock Bug Bounty

I would like to report an issue with the participation tracking system in the ArcBlock Bug Bounty program. Based on observations, there is a bug report that has received the status "BugBounty Qualified", but the contribution was not counted in the list of participants displayed on the Bug Bounty event page.

Problem Details:

An example case is the bug report submitted by the user Tomo.
Tomo's bug report has received the "BugBounty Qualified" status, but their contribution was not recorded in the list of participants for the Bug Bounty event.
As a result, Tomo is not included as a participant eligible for the reward pool despite their report meeting the qualification criteria.

Although I am not directly affected by this issue, I feel the need to report it because I believe that every contribution that qualifies should be fairly acknowledged and rewarded. In this case, a user who has contributed with a valid bug report deserves proper recognition and rewards.

As a member of the community, I find it important to ensure transparency and fairness in the system so that all participants feel valued and supported.
