No Option to Upload Profile Picture in Friends Section

Description: In the Friends section, users can view their friends’ names and initials (e.g., D, L, Z, etc.) displayed in circular avatars. However, there is no visible option to upload or change a profile picture for any friend or for the user’s own account.
