Manual Picture crop issue

When trying to crop photos manually it is very difficult and cranky, the cropper keeps moving. It is fine to crop to certain shapes like square and so on, but when you try to fine tune it and crop manually it is almost impossible to get the desired result(as shown in the video). I am not sure if this issue is also on pc, I only tried it on mobile
