Notifications when someone reacts to your discussions/posts - feature

I suggest we implement a new feature where we also get a notification in DID Wallet (and email) when someone presses sticker to react to your post with an emoji. Also a notification when someone “likes the authors”/support your post.

We get notifications for replies at the moment, but would be nice to get one for reacts too
