Add "Launch Dedicated Blocklet Serv" option to Launcher site

Since the Dedicated Blocklet Server itself can install components through the store, or custom stores via the server dashboard - as opposed to picking a dapp first in which to use a dedicated server, could the option be added to the main page of launcher.arcblock.io?

Same aspect of course as paying for a VPS/VM cloud solution, and still the current payment structure - but offering the dedicated option upfront.

For me since I have other things already in on demand spaces, if i wanted to just concolidate them to one dedicated space without getting another dapp, i would need to set up my own server. 🤔
