the changes I made reflect when I send the link via Signal App. But when posting to twitter it still comes up with the default red and black screen

The twitter issue is highly likely caused by cache, maybe the cache will be busted sometime later. A trick (not verified, but may work) to bust cache is to add some query to the URL you posted to twitter, try change:
