More context is needed to narrow down what went wrong

Hi when entering your 12 word phrases it doesn’t allow you to add spaces to the phrase,so it just allows you to input it as one long phrase with no spaces means it’s not 12 words it’s one long one which means that the system doesn’t allow you to press next to complete the task,

When using the 12 word phrase on other wallets you add one word then space and then the others so on, your system doesn’t allow the spaces,

As with out me entering my phrase and taking a picture of it to show you this is as much I can show or tell you

Lucky I have it logged on to another device but I would have been stuck if not,

The interaction method here in the DID wallet is to input a part of a word, and mnemonic word prompts should appear above the keyboard. At this point, you need to select one of your target words, repeat this action 12 or 24 times, until all the mnemonic words are input.

Ok got it abit strange doing it that way but ok got it, the only problem is like my other post is that you can log out with out clearing data, just logged back in and all my NFTs have gone, tr to upload from restored files but there nothing there, that’s I I mentioned about the option of just logging out without clearing data

So Dano have you managed to log in with your 12 words using the word prompts?

Yes I’ve logged in but it doesn’t retain any of your data so I’ve lost my NFTs unfortunately

Becuase it want you to clear all your data when logging of a device and then logging on to a new one everything is lost, I backed up via the back up prompted but if didn’t save any files, that why I asked for the option of just logging out without clearing data as it not let you do it with out clearing data, Coinbase wallet you can just log out and log back in with your 12 phases no problem, the DID wallet wants you to clear everything
