Sorting options
Could we add more sorting options for example “Most comments/interaction” “Open/Not resolved” “Solutions/Resolved” to make it easier to access common posts and common issues that are currently still under investigation even if historical

Great suggestions, will consider supporting this in future versions.
This is already supported with label filtering, please try out the "Filter" icon on the right of the sort select.

I was gonna suggest this. Just posted a bug and I’ve tried to look at historical posts as I’m not sure it’s been raised before. Also if someone doesn’t use the correct tag you may have duplicates within the system.
Would save the admins time too.
