Profile pop up obscuring comments

When checking a comment on one of my posts this pop up of the commenting user was displayed on screen and wouldn’t move, I was unable to see or reply to the post until I came out of the community and restarted it. I’m not sure if this is a new function (never seen that pop up before) couldn’t figure out how to get this information to voluntarily show up when I tried to make it show again out of interest. Not sure if this is a bug with the feature when displayed on iOS
