Error Message: "Failed to add 1 file due to an internal error"
1. Summary
The user is unable to upload a portrait image for pin design. After selecting a valid image file from the device gallery, the application returns an internal error message and fails to process the upload.

3. Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the Enamel Pin Maker dashboard.
- Click the "Select Image to Start Generation" button.
- Select "My Device" from the import menu.
- Browse and select an image from the AI Gallery or device storage.
- Observe the error toast notification at the bottom of the screen.
4. Expected Result
The selected image should upload successfully, allowing the AI to begin the pin design process.
5. Actual Result
The system displays a toast message: "Failed to add 1 file due to an internal error" and the upload is aborted.
