Summary: The user profile interface prominently displays a "Badges" tab for achievements but lacks a clearly visible or dedicated section for an associated "Points" or "Rewards" system, leading to confusion about the platform's full engagement mechanic.

Target URL: https://www.arcblock.io/content/profile?locale=en&tab=Badges

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the ArcBlock website and log in to a user account.
  2. Go to the user profile page.
  3. Select the "Badges" tab.
  4. Scan the Badges interface and surrounding profile area.

Expected Result: If ArcBlock utilizes a gamified engagement system (e.g., one that awards points for activity leading to badges/rewards), the running total of a user's accumulated points should be clearly visible, either:

  • On the main profile dashboard.
  • Within the Badges tab itself (e.g., "Total Points Earned").
  • On a dedicated, clearly labeled "Points" or "Rewards" tab next to the "Badges" tab.

Actual Result: The user is unable to locate a visible, dedicated "Points" system on the profile screen that correlates with the displayed "Badges" or other platform activity. The focus is entirely on the earned digital badges.

Impact:

  • Poor User Engagement: Users may be unaware of the full potential of platform engagement and might not be incentivized to continue activities if the reward (points) is not visible.
  • Usability Issue: If points exist, they are not easily discoverable, leading to a confusing user experience.

Recommendation: If a point system exists, make the accumulated points total clearly visible on the profile dashboard. If a point system does not exist, consider clarifying in the badges section that rewards are badge-based only.
