Seen by team on post or tracing
i know tracing and post currently show when a team member has been assigned but there’s no way to currently know if the team have seen your post if it’s not assigned or commented on, could we add a tag or tracing feature that the team can mark to show they are aware of the post and it hasn’t been lost within the sea of comments, I created posts months ago that I’ve had no feedback from yet, this can leave users unsure sometimes as to if the team are aware of the post, if it was marked as seen at least community members would know the team are aware of the post even if it’s going to take a long time to look into or no one has yet been assigned etc.

We have standard routing to review new posts daily, so all your posts will be seen by at least 1 member of the team (me for the past month).
And since we already have the action log feature enabled on community, all actions done by the team member are visible to all community members.

awesome to know, I’ll share some links there are a few I’m yet to have any team input from…. there’s no rush but I just wanted to ensure they had been seen and not forgotten about since the tracing feature only indicated when there has been changes or activity (rather than a view from team member)
