Video Files Not Visible in Media Picker
Summary
The Arcsphere media picker/gallery fails to display video files when a user attempts to upload to Facebook. While photos are visible and selectable, the gallery appears as if no videos exist on the device, preventing any video upload workflow from starting.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Arcsphere and tap the Upload/Share button.
- Grant all requested storage/media permissions if prompted.
- Observe the media selection screen.
- The Result: All photos from the device are listed, but no video files appear in the folders or the "Recent" tab.
Expected Result
The media picker should display both images and videos (MP4, MOV, etc.) stored on the device, allowing the user to select either for upload.
Actual Result
The gallery is filtered exclusively to show images. Videos are "hidden" or ignored by the app's file explorer.
