Passport Modal UX

Hey team — quick UX note from using passports more heavily.

The current invite passport modal works well at small scale, but it becomes hard to use once you have a large number of passports. If you imagine an org with 50–100+ issued passports, there’s no way to quickly search, filter, or group them when sending an invite.

Adding even a simple search or filter to that modal would make a big difference and reduce the chance of issuing the wrong passport as usage scales.

Wanted to flag this as we start leaning into passports more as first-class identity primitives.
