QR Code Generation Failure on Reward Claim

During the reward claim process on the ArcBlock Community AMA (August 2025) page, the system fails to generate the required QR code. Instead of displaying the QR code, an error message “Failed to generate QR code” appears at the top right corner of the interface. As a result, users are unable to access or scan the QR code needed for verification or redemption, which may disrupt the overall reward claiming experience.
