Reward Claim Successful but QR Code Generation Failed

When claiming rewards from the ArcBlock 202509 GitHub Reward Pool, the system successfully processes the claim and displays a green success notification. However, at the same time, a red error message appears stating “Failed to generate QR code.” This creates an inconsistent experience, as the reward claim is marked successful but the corresponding QR code cannot be generated, leaving users uncertain about the next step.
