NFT Collection name is immutable once created on chain, this is by design, only in this way can the chain ensure consistency between all NFT Collections, 😄
For first-time NFT Creators, maybe it's a bit challenge when the above rule applies, but it's needed from the chain's perspective.
In practice, I recommend everyone play with NFT Studio and setup their NFT Collection on test chain first, when everything looks fine, then publish it to the mainnet.
Just like what developers do on Ethereum, they deploy and test their contracts on the testnet, and when everything seems OK, the contract will be deployed to mainnet.

That's a good suggestion, might need to get NFT Maker to connect 2 chains at the same time!
