Pages Kit Border Button not working properly

Yoo I noticed recently that the border button is acting weird lol. When it's off, it appears as though it is on.

The video below will show you what I mean. You'll see how it seems to work fine on the Draft page, but once I move it to the Stagging Page, it stops working as it should, and this continues over to the final Production Page.

Not sure if this is a bug or something to do on my end.

But I prefer no borders, so it's starting to bug me lol.
