Unable To Approve Developer Application
I can't approve this application for a blocklet developer account. I paid the 100 ABT to get the store running on mainnet fine, but receive the following error.

you should upgrade both of them to the latest version
Blocklet server: 1.16.22
Blocklet store: 0.12.69

right now, the blocklet server using beta version (1.16.23-beta-c9c4e08e) can solve this problem, but you might not be able to upgrade the server to the beta version

Is your server purchased on ArcBlock Launcher, or self-hosted?
If it's managed by ArcBlock Launcher, we can upgrade for you, otherwise, you need to update on your self.

If you are upgrading from v1.16.22 to v1.16.23, please do a manual upgrade from the CLI.
