Issue with minimizing window

hi,

when I open youtube url in ArcSphere and play 5-6 songs I cant minimize youtube window instantly (there is no lttle dot at upper right corner like on some other pages) but I need to press left arrow 5-6 times to minimize window and open another.

Please fix this.
