“Tags” UI Glitch and Missing Admin Link

🧩 Description:
Two major issues were observed in the “Tags” selection interface of the ArcBlock Marketplace:
1️⃣ When the user selects more than 3 tags, the error or warning message for exceeding the tag limit is not visible or appears off-screen.
2️⃣ When the prompt appears:
“Want a new tag? Please contact admin to add.” there is no clickable link or button to reach the admin or support team — making the message non-functional.
🪜 Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to https://marketplace.arcblock.io.
- Open a post/discussion form or any section with a “Tags” field.
- Select 4 or more tags.
- Observe the visibility of the error or warning message.
- Note the “Contact admin” text and check if it’s clickable.
❌ Actual Result:
- The warning message for tag limits is not visible (especially on mobile).
- The “Contact admin” message is not clickable, offering no direct support access.
✅ Expected Result:
- A clear, visible message should appear when users select more than 3 tags: > ⚠️ “You can only select up to 3 tags.” >
- The “Contact admin” message should include a direct clickable link or support option (chat or email).
⚠️ Impact:
- Users cannot easily understand tag limitations.
- Causes confusion and disrupts user flow during content creation or submission.
- Users cannot reach admin to request new tags — limiting marketplace flexibility.
🔍 Possible Causes (Hypothesis):
- Hidden or misplaced CSS styling for error notification.
- Missing link handler for admin contact message.
- UI component may not be optimized for mobile viewport.
🧰 Suggested Fix:
- Fix message positioning and ensure proper color contrast in both light/dark mode.
- Add a visible link or button for contacting admin, such as: > 💬 “Need a new tag? Contact Admin” >
- Ensure consistent behavior across desktop and mobile devices.
