Self hosted blog not working

I'm not entirely sure why, but the blog function and discuss kit in general does not work correctly on my new application.

As you'll see in the video below, I'm not able to save any blogs, and I cannot understand why.

I'm working with someone to try and figure out the problem, so all guidance from you guys as to what we should do is appreciated it! Thanks for your help and time.
