Arcblock community - icon link redundant

As shown in the video, kind of a bug, when scrolling to the bottom of Arcblock community, there is an icon that when pressed opens a new page sending you to Arcblock community. Each time it is pressed in the new page, it can create this loop of opening a new page of same link again and again. I think it would be cleaner if that icon link redirects you in the same page instead of opening a new page. Although, i think that icon in arcblock community is a bit redundant (so maybe it can be removed from there, although I understand it is normally there to redirect to arcblock community from other parts of the arcblock website).
