Qualifying Tab for bug bounty program

Could we add in an easy access additional tab at the top of homepage where all Qualified posts are shown, maybe with the functionality of showing how many posts are qualified (this could be updated monthly) 

I think this would not only showcase clearly in a quick glance how much the community participates in the continual growth of ArcBlock but it would also be a really fast way of checking out these posts (aware we can filter but this would be faster) that way community members can see the direction of improvements and growth likely to come in future updates thanks to the qualifying posts
