Decision on Action:
The user emeliaruben1 (did:abt) has been found to be in severe violation of our community guidelines and is suspected of engaging in impersonating official ArcBlock members and directing users to click on unofficial links.
This behavior has created a negative impact and potential risk for other users and the community.
In accordance with our community governance policies, we have decided to immediately impose a Permanent Ban (Permanent Restriction from Login) on the user emeliaruben1 (did:abt).
