Replying to discussions posts - feature

Right now when replying to a discussion post, it is not very obvious that you are replying ti a user, there’s no change in the UI

My suggestion is we implement a feature that makes it more clear for the user they are replying to someone and not just making a post. Maybe a “Reply to XYZ” message at the top of the message box🙌
