Arcblock community page - notifications issue

Notifications in arcblock community stopped working for me at times. I get the email notification, but when I check directly in arcblock community there is no red circle in the chat icon to notify me of notifications. When I manually check (as in the video) they do show the posts in there, but there’s no system notification for it.
