Automatic Download bug

I'm not sure why, but I noticed whenever I open "uploaded" on my website, and then scroll down a little bit, the same PDF documents are downloaded automatically.

These are PDF documents I uploaded some days ago.

I was able to stop it from happening by blocking any automatic downloads from the website, but I can't seem to stop it from happening naturally. Thanks in advance for your help!
