Bug Description

The Terms of Service (ToS) page on arcsphere is not updated and still displays a last update date of 2018. This creates legal and compliance risks, as outdated terms may not reflect current features, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), or platform changes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to arcsphere
  2. Go to settings
  3. Click Terms of Service
  4. Observe that the last update date is listed as 2018.

Expected Behavior

  • The Terms of Service should be updated with the current year and reflect any legal or platform changes since 2018.

Actual Behavior

  • The last update date remains 2018, and the content does not reflect recent changes (e.g., new features, privacy policies, or compliance updates).

Severity: High

  • Outdated ToS may violate legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and erode user trust.
  • Users may unknowingly agree to outdated terms that no longer apply to the current platform.
