Maybe you do not have your page URL set correctly.
Please ensure that the page you published is using the URL "/", because each page in Pages Kit will require a URL, steps:

I sent to staging and I sent to production.
I purchased the did domain when setting up pages kit. I chose for it to be configured automatically. Here is a photo of the domain name and a picture showing that it is published to production.
Another way is just edit the default landing page, change it to your own page.

I got it to publish. not Sure what I did to make it work:
