“Billing” link redirects to Notification instead of Billing page

Summary Clicking the “Billing” menu/link incorrectly navigates to the Notification page instead of the Billing page.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://main.abtnetwork.io/explorer/overview (or the relevant part of the app where the menu is visible).

Ensure you are logged in (if login is required to see billing).

Click the “Billing” link/menu item (e.g. in header, sidebar, or navigation).

Observe where the page takes you.

Expected Result After clicking “Billing”, user should be routed to the Billing page/section (e.g. /billing or the relevant billing UI) and see billing-related content (invoices, subscriptions, payment methods, etc.).

Actual Result User is redirected to the Notification page instead (i.e. the URL and content correspond to notifications, not billing).
