场景： 独立服务器部署的did space，需要迁移到另外一台服务器 购买官方didspace服务，到期了不想续费，想要迁移到独立服务器里 独立服务器到期，想使用官方的didspace 等等 所以我设想的是didspace有一个迁移功能，颗粒度可以支持到具体的blocklet，自己选择想要迁移的blocklet或整个didspace迁移
