When attempting to claim tokens from the faucet, the system displays an error message โYou need to provide profileโ even though the user profile has already been set up. This prevents faucet claiming and rewards collection.

Did you switch wallets or re-import your wallet? This is fetching data from your phone; if you just switched, it may be retrieving it from DID Spaces.
Yes. can't claim PLAY & PLAY2
After switching wallets, make sure the Profile has finished syncing from DID Spaces.
