Inconsistent Favicon/Placeholder Icon Display in Marked Text List

The "Marked Text" list displays two different icons (favicons or placeholder logos) for entries linked to the same domain: https://imagesmith.aig....

For some entries, the app uses a plain, geometric, four-lobed-style icon. For other entries from the same source, it uses a colorful, square camera/app-like icon. This inconsistency makes it difficult for the user to visually identify and trust the source of content within the historical list.
