Critical Failure in "Pay & Publish" Workflow

Impact: This issue directly impacts revenue and core utility. Because the payment gateway fails to trigger or complete, the "Publish" button remains inactive or stuck, preventing users from deploying their AI Spheres or custom tools.

- Payment Method: Stripe
Description: The transition between the "Publish" request and the "Payment" processing is broken. When a user attempts to publish content that requires a fee or subscription, the payment interface fails to load or returns an error. Without a successful transaction, the "Publish" action never completes.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Select a Sphere or ArcPrompt and tap "Publish."
- Proceed to the payment/checkout screen.
- Actual Result: The payment screen is blank, spins indefinitely, or shows a "Payment Failed" message before any info is entered. Consequently, the content remains unpublished.
- Expected Result: A smooth transition to the payment gateway (Stripe), a successful transaction, and immediate publishing of the content.
