Arcbridge Node: Error Encountered During Contract Execution

Arcbridge Node 1.4.73, server 1.16.23

I went to check my Arcbridge Node and other apps for updates this morning, and noticed my node's eth wallet balance had decreased. There weren't any jobs listed, the list shows as empty. Most recent block still shows the first three nodes only, without Wasil's or mine.

Following the eth transaction leads here with a message of "Warning! Error encountered during contract execution [execution reverted]":

The failed tx is an appendBlock attempt, see following decode of transaction data
The error E210 means the validators are trying to sync a block that may already synced to ethereum.

0x3e means height 62.

In arc-bridge-node once a block is produced on arcblock chain, it needs to be synced to ethereum so that users can claim their withdraws, it's usually the block producer's (1 of the validators) job to do that sync (since the producer gets the biggest share of the block reward), but when the block producer node failed to do so in a block interval (1 hour), other nodes will try to do the sync and claim the block reward.

I noticed that the 3 seed validators' ETH balance is insufficient to sync any new block during the weekend, and I added more ETH funds to their account. When the producer has enough funds, it will retry the sync, once it succeeds other nodes will fail.

The above report seems to be a bug in race conditions. I will investigate deeper and try to fix it.
