can't run blocklet dev or access server URLs

hello -

✔ You can access your Blocklet Server with either of the following URLs

Secure URLs (Recommended):

i am on the latest blocklet server version: blocklet server v1.16.48. i cannot access this URL. have no VPN on.

blocklet dev gives me this and crashes: ✔ Installing Component BM9000@0.1.167... Done in 0.136s
