Missing Option to Freeze

The ArcSphere or similar home screen features a dynamic and animated background with various floating/moving bubbles and icons. There is no user-accessible setting to "freeze" this animation—that is, to disable the movement of the background and the bubbles/icons. This animated effect can be distracting to some users and may contribute to unnecessary battery drain on mobile devices.
