I've had a bridge transaction stuck in the past similar to this from the chrome extension but at the time couldnt see it on my mobile wallet. Havent done any bridge transactions lately 😅

Id rather not suggest this as an attempt (because I dont work at ArcBlock) but it may be possible to recover your extension wallet to the mobile one with either the backup file or secret phrase, and potentially be able to see the transaction and ability to claim it.

From what it says on the block explorer the transaction is waiting to be claimed. Is that ability not showing for the transaction within your wallet?
What version of DID are you using at the moment?

ok,我已经解决了，谢谢你，在历史记录中输入我的哈希值恢复之后就可以提取了，但我认为这个方式太麻烦并且需要花费双重gas(abt+eth)太贵

是的，abt消耗将近30刀，加上以太坊的手续费也是30-50刀，整体60-80刀，太贵了，并且流程比较麻烦需要自己手动申领，谷歌插件的版本好像没有更新（我这边点击更新还是version.10.17）没办法进行手动申领，需要在手机的DID中导入提现的历史哈希再选择提现，对第一次使用者(纯小白)有一定的难度，需要继续加强，降低gas费用和简化这繁杂的交互步骤
