Feature: merge NFT maker and NFT blender into 1 main section in community

I noticed in the Arcblock communinty menu, NFT maker and NFT blender have been added as sections. I think instead of having them as separate section, could have a menu section Saying “NFT Studio”, and when pressed it would show 2 sub sections inside it: NFT Maker and NFT blender
