Purpose of AI Kit?

Whats the purpose of AI Kit? Seems to do the same thing as ai chatbot made with aigne. I also saw it’s charge by usage…so hypothetically if I release an AIGNE dAPp run through AI studio, as a service, it will need Ai services frok AI kit. Would I have to pay for the users usage of the dApp (Through AI kit) or each user would pay that thenselves?
