2.1. Summary
The ABT Network Faucet fails to dispense the "PLAY" and "PLAY2" tokens due to an immediate rate limiting error. When attempting to claim, the system returns the message: Fail Too many request, please come back later. This occurs even on the first attempt, suggesting an overly aggressive, incorrectly configured, or persistently triggered rate limit on the server side that is blocking legitimate user claims.
2.2. Reproduction Steps
- Navigate to the ABT Network Faucet at
https://faucet.abtnetwork.io/. - Attempt to request the "PLAY" token (or "PLAY2" token).
- Click the claim button/link.
- Observe the result: The claim fails immediately, and the red error notification appears with the message:
Fail Too many request, please come back later.

3. Expected Behavior
