NFT Maker File Upload Error

When I try to upload my NFTs which are 8 WEBM files and 2 MP4 files I get this error. When I browse my computer folders, the default view does not show my mp4 or webm files. I have to change the file type its looking for from "custom" to "all" before I see my NFT files. I have already updated all my apps. Not sure how to fix.
