New Theme Customization

I read an article released today about new Theme feature. I tried to use it on my site but it looks just like it did before. I restarted my blocklet and nothing changed.

I also noticed that the documentation link does not take me to any docs, just a google page. The other links below it for the "Arcblock Community" and the "Bug Bounty" also dont seem to be working, as they also take me to a similar genaric google search page.
