Bug Report: Country Code Dropdown Not Appearing Immediately

Dear ArcBlock Team, I encountered an issue when selecting the country code in the phone number field on your platform. When I click on the dropdown, the list of countries does not appear immediately. However, if I leave the page and return, the dropdown displays correctly. Ideally, the country code list should appear instantly upon clicking without requiring a page reload.
