Login Button Not Working on Mobile

I encountered an issue while using Arc Sphere on a mobile device, where users are prompted to log in to access unlimited chat. However, when I tapped the Login button, nothing happened — no pop-up, login page, or error message appeared. The internet connection was stable, and other features of the app functioned normally. This issue can confuse users as there is no indication that the login action failed, potentially preventing them from accessing premium features.
