DID wallet does not lock or impose a cooldown after invalid fingerprint
Expected behavior: after a few failed fingerprint attempts the wallet should lock or start a cooldown period.
Actual behavior: the wallet stays unlocked and allows unlimited attempts.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the DID wallet.
- Enter an incorrect fingerprint repeatedly.
- Observe that no lockout or cooldown occurs.
